Welcome to Pathway Care Wales.

Pathway Care have two offices in Wales,  one in Carmarthen and one in Cardiff, and across both offices we support over 250 foster carers to look after over 350 children.

The Regional Service Manager Wales has responsibility for the services delivered by both these offices and is supported in this task by four experienced Operations Managers and over forty social work and support staff.

In Wales, Pathway Care has an enviable reputation as a provider of quality foster care placements and excellent support for its carers.

A critical part of the role of Regional Service Manager for Wales is in ensuring that Pathway Care continues to deliver a high level of service. Fostering requires dedication and commitment from carers, and Foster Carers working for Pathway Care can expect the same level of support and dedication from our staff teams in Wales.
