Joyce Masson (Regional Director) and Will Edwards (Recruitment Officer) presently are undertaking a targeted recruitment campaign within the Coventry, Solihull and Warwickshire areas especially for households able to offer sibling placements.
Will Edwards said “ being a foster carer is about offering a warm, stable and nurturing home, having time, energy and patience and wanting to be part of a team of professionals who support and encourage children to enjoy and have better outcomes in their lives”
Children and young people in care need foster carers who are committed to them. Joyce Masson (Regional Director) commented “we work hard to keep brothers and sisters placed together however it can be difficult to find households who have the necessary space. We need carers across all areas in the Midlands but especially within Coventry, for sibling groups. If you have the space and time to offer a home to a sibling group, we would be delighted to hear from you”
