Welcome to the Pathway Care Midlands region.
The Regional Support Centre based in Bromsgrove is a thriving and well-established team. The Regional Service Manager has responsibility for the services delivered and is supported in this task by highly skilled and experienced social work and support staff.
Our foster carers, from a diverse range of backgrounds and experience, provide the highest standards of care and demonstrate real enthusiasm, dedication and resilience in meeting the needs of children placed.
Together, we are rightly proud of our Ofsted ‘outstanding’ provider status and remain focused on achieving positive, life-enhancing outcomes for all children and young people in our care. We are committed to professional support and supervision of our foster carers, continual service development and to being a responsive, high quality fostering provider.
We are continually seeking foster carers to join our team and would be delighted to hear from anyone interesting in taking up the challenge and fostering for Pathway Care Midlands.

Midlands Open Days
Our Open Days provide an informal opportunity to find out more about fostering and what the role of a Foster Carer entails. We welcome the opportunity to answer any questions you may have and provide you with further information. Becoming a Foster Carer is a professional career choice – one that allows you to work from home, gain nationally recognized qualifications and earn a competitive remuneration package.
