Role - Operations Manager

I think regular contact benefits foster carers as it assists them to build up effective working relationships with their Supervising Social Workers and staff. I enjoy witnessing the progress of looked after children.

Role - Supervising Social Worker

I run six weekly carer support groups and the children and young people group. I gain a huge amount of satisfaction in the progress and achievements of the children/young people in the care of our carers and in the development of the foster carers.
